Located on the west coast of Ibiza, Villa Ixos offers some of the best views of the city and the bay, perfect for any vacation. The sunset-facing villa, designed by Belgian architect Bruno Erpicum, is located on 4 acres in the middle of a pine forest surrounded by orange and olive trees.
The floor-to-ceiling windows throughout allow you to enjoy the views and landscape from each room. The house is essentially a glass volume built underneath the white structure to protect it from wind and sun, making the house comfortable and usable all year round.
With seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms, this luxury villa offers more than enough room for you and about a dozen of your closest friends. If a pool, Jacuzzi, solarium, wine cave(!), and fitness room don’t keep you busy, then the beach is less than five minutes away by car. If you’d rather stay inside, the interior of the house is decorated with modern art and high-end design elements.

Skim Milk: House in Lisbon by Bruno and Carla Pica:

House in Lisbon is a remodeled apartment interior located in Portugal, and designed by architects Bruno and Carla Pica. The building is tucked away between urban sprawls; the exterior has barely any resemblance to the magnificently minimalist interior. There is also a terrace that houses a few landscaping elements.

The architects were purposeful in keeping the space as simple as possible. There are no more than a few materials used throughout the space, including a wooden paneled wall that spans practically the entire floor plan, dissecting the kitchen from the living room. This wooden wall also serves as a wardrobe for storage.
I am definitely putting up a simple wooden barrier in my future home. It’s both functional and aesthetically beautiful. I also like the fact that the view overlooks a simple terrace.

Les frères Plo, designed by Gaspard Graulich, is a collection of furniture that functions as either side tables or display cabinets. With four variations that differ in shape and color, they are made of dark wood boards held together via an interlocking system that provides a pop of color and makes each piece stand out.

Mews 02 by AMA:

Andy Martin Architects’ latest project, Mews 02, is a single family residence located in Belsize Park just northwest of London. You wouldn’t know by looking at it, but it used to be a mechanic’s garage!
The four-level home emphasizes entertaining areas and the gorgeous outdoor space. The sunken courtyard resembles a slate quarry with its charcoal blocks running externally and reaching internally to the rear of the residence. I love the black/white play here — and I fell in love with the dark stacked tile on the interior.

ইউরোপীয় ইউনিয়ন (ইইউ) জানিয়েছে, বিশ্বের ছয় পরাশক্তি ইরানের পরমাণু সংকট নিয়ে নতুন করে আলোচনায় বসতে রাজি হয়েছে। এতে দীর্ঘদিন ধরে চলে আসা এ সংকট নতুন করে আলোর মুখ দেখতে যাচ্ছে।
ইইউর পররাষ্ট্রনীতিবিষয়ক প্রধান ক্যাথরিন অ্যাসটোন জানিয়েছেন, তিনি জাতিসংঘের স্থায়ী পাঁচ সদস্য ও জার্মানির পক্ষ থেকে ইরানের পাঠানো একটি চিঠির উত্তর পাঠিয়েছেন। ইরানি মধ্যস্থতাকারী সাঈদ জলিলি গত মাসে আলোচনার প্রস্তাব দিয়ে এ চিঠি পাঠিয়েছিলেন। তবে নতুন আলোচনার স্থান বা তারিখ এখনো নির্ধারিত হয়নি।
